Shipping policy
At My Dive Gear we understand the excitement of ordering your new products and your eagerness to receive them. We will work to process your order as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
Once your order has been received, we aim to have it processed and shipped within 1-7 days. We provide standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post with a flat rate fee of $20.
In the instance that an ordered product is not in stock we will contact you directly to notify of any possible delays on shipping.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers is available.
Priority Shipping
If you are eager to receive your order we offer the option of same day dispatch and express delivery on orders received before 2pm. Please make sure to contact us on 03 9317 1000 prior to placing your order to confirm same day delivery is available and to confirm any additional charges to your freight costs.
In-store Pickup
You have the option of collecting your order in-store from 92 Pier Street, Altona, VIC, 3018. Please select in-store pickup during check out and we will contact you once your order is ready. Please bring photo ID and your order number with you when collecting your order.

Delivery Address Changes
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of checkout. Please ensure details are entered correctly to the best of your knowledge. My Dive Gear are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect entry from the buyer. If a package is returned to us additional charges may occur in order to re-send to the correct address.
Provided we have not yet shipped your order we are able to make a change to your delivery address. Please contact us as early as possible on 03 9317 1000. If your order has already been scheduled for shipping additional charges may apply for change of address.
