Refund policy
My Dive Gear offer a low fuss return and exchange policy on items within 30 days from purchase. Please note that delivery charges apply and are non-refundable.
In order for your item to be eligible for refund it must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds on custom made products or sale items. Gift cards are exempt from being returned or exchanged for cash.
To return an item please pack you items securely as we cannot be held liable for item that goes missing or is damaged during transport. We recommended using registered post to track your delivery. Please include the following with your item;
- Detailed note as per the reason for return
- Copy of receipt/invoice
- Instructions as to whether you would like an exchange or refund.
- If you are wanting to exchange an item please detail what you would like it exchanged with. Freight charges will apply unless you are able to provide a post parcel with your return.

Once we have received and inspected your product, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to be processed. We will endeavour to process your refund in the same method as your original purchase.
Purchases made via gift voucher will be refunded to a new voucher, they cannot be refunded/exchanged for cash.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received an item you believe to be damaged or defunct please contact us directly on 03 9317 1000. Please do not send items straight back.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order it may be on backorder due to short stock supply. We endeavour to always notify you when this is the case. If you have not been contacted by us but note an item missing from your order please contact us at your earliest convenience on 03 9317 1000 or sales@mydivegear.com.au and quote your receipt number.
INCORRECT SIZE
If your item is the wrong size you are welcome to simply exchange it for the same item in a different size. Please refer above for details to return an item.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Provided your order has not been processed you are welcome to make changes. Please call us on 03 9317 1000 as early as possible to notify us that you would like to change your order and confirm changes via email to sales@mydivegear.com.au
